Our counselors provide a broad range of services to the families in the community. They strive to bring a level of excellence as they provide community-based individual and family counseling, parenting education, workshops on marriage, as well as training for other professionals in the community.
Examples of Individual Therapy Topics include: Abuse/Violence, Men's & Women's Issues, Mood Swings, Anger Management, Depression, Anxiety, Stress Management, Emotional Distress, Suicidal Feelings, Phobias, Grief, Vocational Concerns, Sexual Addictions, Faith-based Concerns, Behavioral Issues
Examples of Family/Couple Therapy Concerns include: Marital/Couple conflict, Sexual Concerns, Attachment Issues, Adoption and/or Foster Care Issues, Childhood Disorders, Parenting Concerns, Family problems, Separation/Divorce
Community Consultation: Our therapists are available to provide workshops to community groups on a variety of different subjects including managing stress, enhancing your relationships, conflict resolution, dealing with grief, and managing anxiety and depression.

Professional Fees
$90.00 Individual, Couple, or Family Counseling Session (50 min)
$75.00 Premarital Counseling with Amy E. Cain (45 min)
Payment
Cash or checks are accepted for payment and are due at the beginning of each session. Some of our therapists accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover.
Insurance
Mental Health Counseling Services may be covered in full or in part by your medical health insurance. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:
- Do I have mental health benefits?
- How many sessions per calendar year does my plan cover?
- What is my deductible and has it been met?
- How much does my plan cover for an out-of-network provider?
- What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
- Is approval required from my primary care physician?
